Mission Called to: San Bernardino, California

MTC Entry Date: May 18th

Hometown: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Why you are going on a mission? Testimony, or Other Comments: I’ve come to love Baptisms, not because it’s another number the Church has on it’s list but because of the spirit they hold. Missionary work is so much more than just proselyting, it’s helping children of God come to find the happiness that you have found as a member of His restored Church.

I know the Lord will not only use me to build his Kingdom, but he will build me as well. I know that this is what the Lord will have me do, and where the Lord will have me serve. I understand the meaning of the phrase ‘The worth of every soul is great in the eyes of God’ even more now. And I only hope that I can be an effective emissary for our Father in Heaven, and his Son.

Well I leave this coming Wednesday, and the understatement of the century would be that it’s been a long time coming. But I really appreciate what this site has offered, and what it’s trying to. Much love, and sincere hopes, for those Elders who are also preparing do a great work.
