    I am looking for a talk by Elder Tad R. Callister titled, “Becoming a Consecrated Missionary.” I think it was written in September of 2007 but I have searched all over and haven’t been able to find it. I am wondering if anyone has a copy of this talk or knows where to find one I would be very grateful. Thanks

    Ive been searching everywhere for a talk that Elder Holland gave at the mtc a while back. Ive heard it as the ‘dont go home’ talk and i cant seem to find a copy. Any help would be great!

      Any luck in finding this talk? I have searched for it many times and have come up with nothing. I know it’s the same one that you are mentioning, I will never forget this talk! I think it was during April 2009 at the MTC…

        Definitely was before April 2009 because this talk was show to us via DVD or Video when I went through the MTC in July of 2002

          It was from a mission presidents fireside 2000 I have a written copy but I would love to have the video! I will never forget the power and enthusiasm emanating from that talk!

I know the MTC has a video copy because I used to show my students when I taught there. Best talk on missionary work I’ve ever heard. Will pay serious $$ if anyone can find a copy of the video.     Wish they had ALL talks available on LDS.org or somewhere. You can’t find ANY of the MTC devotional talks or “Being a Consecrated Missionary” anywhere! Just doesn’t make sense, those talks are all great, why hide them from the members?

      we called Church Headquarters and apparently the talk given by Elder Holland was given without notes, so there isn’t a transcript, however, there is a video of it because my son watched it in the Preston England MTC in April 2011….so, if anyone knows how to get a copy of that video…I would be happy to type up the content. I will keep searching.

    I am looking for a talk given at the MTC in Jan 2011 entitled “Feed My Sheep” by Elder Holland. Does anyone have that? Also, I can’t find a copy of the MTC Devotional “Being a Consecrated Missionary” either. Help? anyone?

      We called Salt Lake and talked to Elder HOllands secretary and she said that talk was given without a script. I know it is on video, however, because my son watched it when he was at the MTC in Preston England in April. So, if anyone has a copy, that would be great. I do have a copy of Tad Callister’s talk, “Being a Consecrated Missionary” if you want it send me your email address.

        If there is a way I could access this talk by Holland, I would really appreciate it. My daughter entered the MTC in January but just missed Holland’s talk.       I literally left the MTC for my country the morning before that talk, and we watched it in my last training on the mission. It changed my mission and my life.     Part 2 is missiong, part 1 is loaded twice, so the middle section of the three at the Mediafire links above is missing.

    For the earlier Elder Bednar talk (as president of BYU Idaho) go to byui.edu and click on the link for devotionals. There is a whole load of material going back into at least the 80s from there.

    I can see a lot of people talking about the talk by Elder Holland titled “Feed My sheep.” Well I have a copy of the video on a DVD, but I don’t know what the rules with the church is on sending them out.
